As I mentioned in the intro to French Beaches, Paris is not France anymore than NY is the USA.

Therefore, though I love, adore and thrill to Paris I was excited to see another aspect of France.

As you will see, the French remain a proud, dignified and just a little bit nutty people.

Kind of like people everywhere.
