In 1959 I got a call from This Month, a magazine that no longer exists. They wanted me to shoot a piece on migrant farm workers.
I immediately assumed it would be in California, but was told it would be in Upstate New York.
It was to run in black & white but I also shot it in color for myself.
Different, aren’t they?
