Row of People in Red, Ornate Door, Beijing
Digital NEF, 2004
From the Beijing collection
Beijing was crowded, police and military always in evidence. The Forbidden City was seen through air pollution you could see. The people were easy, some even spoke English. Families in evidence, friendly faces, old men with children…Enchanting forests…
This one is pretty chronological from the ride out of Pingyao to the airport to fly to Beijing, to the city, to the airport in Beijing to fly home.
